‘Testimonial’ is a recorded performance featuring the artist herself quoting statements heard in both the gallery space and in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Fitch proposes that the performative interactions that occur in the gallery space are similar to the rituals of The Church of Latter-Day Saints and this proposal is made through statements and gestures that blur the line between the two institutions.
